SMS Troubleshooting Guide
Follow these steps if your SMS confirmations are not sending:
1. Restart Shortcuts

Select Exit.

If prompted, select Run Now, or reopen Shortcuts manually.
2. Check the SMS Setup

Go to Setup > Configuration > General > Confirmation.

Ensure Support is ticked under SMS Method.

Check that your username and password are entered correctly in Account Settings.

Select Configure, then review and select the sending schedule that suits your business.
Important: Make sure Automatically Send Confirmation Requests is selected so SMS confirmations are sent automatically.



3. Check Client SMS Settings

Go to Clients.
-
Search for the client’s name and open their profile.

Under Opt-in Details, ensure SMS Confirmations is ticked.

4. Check Internet Connection

Open a web browser and search something on Google to confirm your internet is working.

Once connected, try re sending your SMS confirmations.
5. Check the Country Code
-
Ensure the client’s phone number includes the correct country code (e.g., +61 for Australia).
6. Check Regional Settings on Your Computer
-
Make sure your computer’s regional settings are set to your country (e.g., Australia).
