Set Up Online Digital Gift Cards with Added Value

Follow these steps to set up Online Digital Gift Cards in Shortcuts Console. This setup allows customers to purchase gift cards from your website that automatically include a bonus percentage value when the card value exceeds a specified amount.

Steps to Set Up

  1. Login to Shortcuts Console
    Go to: https://console.shortcutssoftware.com

  2. Open Programs Tile
    Select the Gift Card, Loyalty and Memberships tile in the Shortcuts Console.

  3. Navigate to Program Settings

    • Go to Administration > Program

    • Under Choose Community, select your business name.

  4. Select the Program

    • From the Program drop-down menu, select Online Gift Cards.

Digital Gift Card Setup

  1. Edit Digital Gift Card Settings

    • Scroll down to Digital Gift Card Setup

    • Click Edit

  2. Enable Bonus Value Offer

    • Tick Offer percentage value increase

  3. Enter Offer Details

    • Applicable to sales over: Enter the minimum purchase amount

    • Value increase %: Enter the bonus percentage amount

    An example will appear showing how the added value will be displayed.

Once completed, customers can purchase online gift cards with added value directly from your website.
