Managing Appointment Acknowlegment or Online Booking Confirmation communications
You can chose to have either Appointment Acknowledgement emails sent to your clients or Online Booking Confirmation emails.
You can chose to have either Appointment Acknowledgement emails sent to your clients or Online Booking Confirmation emails.
To manage Appointment Acknowledgement emails:
- Log into Cloud
- Select Messages
- Select Appointment Acknowledgment
Activating Appointment Acknowledgments:

- Expand Email
- Expand Email

- Edit the email contents if you are Activating them.
- Send yourself a test email to ensure it looks the way you want it to/
- Click Activate
- Click Save
Deactivating Appointment Acknowledgements:

- Expand Email
- Click Deactivate
- Click Save
To manage Online Booking Confirmation emails:
- Log into Console
- Select the Online Booking Settings tab
- Scroll down to Other Online Booking settings
- Tick on Send Booking Confirmation email

- Enter your email address if you would like to be cc'd in on the email
- Click Save
