Can't remember your password for Shortcuts Cloud, Shortcuts Admin Console or Marketing Plus?
On the login screen, click on the Forgot Password link which is located just under the area you would normal enter your login details, then enter your email address. An email will be sent to you with a temporary password so that you can login. Once logged in, don't forget to update your password to only something you know.
If you can't log in to other Shortcuts features including your Shortcuts system in salon or Remote access from home (also known as ConnectMe), you will need to speak with a Shortcuts technician to assist you.
