How to Send an Individual SMS
This guide explains how to send SMS messages directly from your appointment book. You can choose to send an individual SMS to a client from their appointment, or send messages to multiple clients scheduled for the day. The step-by-step instructions cover both methods, ensuring quick and efficient communication with clients.
Sending an Individual SMS to a Client

Right-click on the client’s appointment.

Select Extra.

Choose Send an SMS.

Type your message, then click SMS to send.

Click Done to close.
Sending an SMS to Multiple Clients for the Day

Left-click on the employee’s name at the top of the appointment book.

Select SMS Clients.

Tick the checkbox next to the clients you want to contact for that date.

Enter your SMS message.

Click Contact to send.
