How to Create a Support Request

If you need help with your Shortcuts system, there are several convenient ways to get in touch with our Support Team. Below are the available options and what to expect from each.

 

1. Phone Support

You can reach our Support Team directly by calling us. Our friendly team is ready to assist you with global 24/7 Support.

Tip: If you prefer not to wait on hold, choose the Callback option. This feature allows you to retain your place in the queue, and a Support Specialist will call you back as soon as it’s your turn.
