Enter client visit notes

Visit notes are an important tool for keeping accurate client  records and can be referred back to at future appointments. 

Notes may include: 

  • Service history – details of treatments or services provided
  • Allergies – any known product or ingredient allergies
  • Sensitivities – information about client reactions or preferences
Keeping detailed visit notes ensures consistency in service, helps personalise the client experience, and supports safety during treatments.
 
1.  Double check on client appointment
 

2. Select on history

3. Select on the date of appointment or today to save your notes against the correct appointment date

4. Select on new and enter in appointment notes

5. Select on done to save notes
