Connect to ShortcutsPay powered by Stripe
Step 1: Open Shortcuts Console
Step 2: Click Site Settings.
Step 3: Scroll down to Payment provider.
Step 4: Click Connect ShortcutsPay.
Step 5: Review the ShortcutsPay Terms & Conditions, then click Accept to continue.
Step 6: Enter your email address, then click Continue.
Step 7: Create a secure password, then click Submit.
Step 8: Scan the QR code using your authenticator app and follow the prompts.
Step 9: Enter the verification code to complete the two-factor authentication (2FA) setup.
Step 10: Select your Business location, Business type, and Business structure, then click Continue.
Step 11: Enter your business details, including:
- Legal business name
- ABN
- Business address
Step 12: Select your Industry (for example: Personal services → Salons or barbers), then click Continue.
Step 13: Verify your identity by entering the required personal information, including:
- Legal name
- Email address
- Date of birth
- Home address
Step 14: Enter your phone number and specify the business ownership details, then click Continue.
Step 15: Enter your Statement descriptor (the name customers will see on their bank statement).
Step 16: On the Tax screen, click Not right now.
Step 17: Review the summary of your information and click Agree and submit.
Step 18: Click Return to Shortcuts in the panel on the left to return to the Shortcuts Console.
Step 19: Your ShortcutsPay Account ID will now appear in Site Settings, and ShortcutsPay terminals will be enabled.
You will receive confirmation via email and access to your ShortcutsPay Stripe Portal. This is where you can access your Dashboard, update payment/payout details and Buisness Details.

Once your ShortcutsPay terminal arrives, you can proceed with the terminal setup steps.

Notes:
If you exit the Stripe signup process before finishing, return to Site Settings and click Connect ShortcutsPay again to resume onboarding.
If you completed the Stripe signup but did not click Return to Shortcuts, return to Site Settings and click Refresh. The Payment Provider and Account ID will update to reflect your Stripe account.
