How to configure and manage the Shortcuts Plus Marketing Agent 

Configure and Manage the Shortcuts Plus Marketing Agent on your main server computer to ensure Shortcuts can automatically synchronise your client database.

Configuring the Marketing Agent

Follow these steps to configure the Shortcuts Set & Forget Marketing Manager:

  1. Open the Marketing Manager
    Double-click the Shortcuts Set & Forget Marketing Manager icon in your system tray.
    The Set & Forget Marketing Manager window will appear.

  2. Access Configuration Settings
    Click Configure to open the Setup window.

  3. Enable Auto Start
    Tick the Auto Start with Windows option.

  4. Turn On Auto-Synchronisation
    Select On under the Auto-Synchronisation section.

  5. Enter Account Details
    In the Online Marketing Account section, enter your Set & Forget Marketing username and password.

  6. Save and Sync

    • Click OK to save your settings.

    • Select Synchronise Now to start the sync process.
