Beta Agreement

  1. The purpose of this agreement is to outline our expectations of you and what you can expect from us. This agreement also assures confidentiality between you and Shortcuts Software.
  2.  Beta testing at customer sites is fundamental to our ongoing commitment to deliver high quality software to you, our valued customer.
     Your contribution to this program will play a vital role in ensuring the success of the latest features of Shortcuts. As a member of the Shortcuts Beta Program you will represent your industry by providing regular feedback about your experience with the product which will help ensure our software continues to meet the needs of our customers.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Issues encountered during the Beta Program period are to be logged with Shortcuts and will be addressed by the Shortcuts beta team.

  2. Any issues will be prioritised by the Shortcuts beta team.

  3. The Beta software is delivered “as is”. You recognise that the software is pre-release and as such may not be at the level of performance and compatibility of a final, generally available product.

  4. You agree to upgrade your software as required and once upgraded, you acknowledge that it is not possible to downgrade to the previously used version.

  5. Once enabled in your Shortcuts environment, you assume the entire risk with respect to the quality and performance of the product.

  6. You agree to not discuss the details or status of this Beta test program, or any other features delivered as part of the product with any other persons other than Shortcuts representatives. All schedules and test results will remain confidential between Shortcuts and your business.

  7. You agree to notify Shortcuts of all problems and ideas for enhancements which come to your attention during the period of this Agreement, and assign to Shortcuts all right, title and interest to such enhancements.

  8. You agree to commit to regularly scheduled phone meetings with a member of Shortcuts Beta team to provide Beta feedback.

  9. You agree to complete a survey of your experience on completion of each Beta feature.

  10. You agree to provide Shortcuts with a copy of your data for internal testing purposes when required. Shortcuts agree to treat this data as confidential and will take all reasonable measures to ensure its protection.

  11. You agree to provide direct access to your computer terminals when required, in order to ensure that issues identified can be investigated and remedied as quickly as possible.

  12. I agree to the terms and conditions and conditions outlined in this agreement. The term of this agreement is 12 months.
